How Mindful Pages Ltd Started
We’ve been teaching journaling in Ireland since 2019. It started simply — our founder noticed that people were drowning in noise. Work stress. Social media. Endless scrolling. But nobody was actually sitting down to process what they were feeling.
That’s when the shift happened. We introduced five-minute journaling sessions. Short. Manageable. Real. People started showing up. They’d write about their day, their worries, their small victories. And something remarkable occurred — they began understanding themselves.
Now we run structured courses across Dublin, Cork, and Galway. We’ve trained over 2,000 people in reflective writing techniques. But we’re not here to turn you into a writer. We’re here to help you become more aware of yourself.
